a new day dawning

Well, I went back to the doctor on Thusday evening and they casted my wrist.  WOW, does that feel much better!  It can not move now. He said to take the sling off after 3-4 more days and try to start moving my elbow around a bit so it does not get too stiff.  I did move my arms way too much on Friday and they are really sore but at least now I know that I am not hurting anything when I move them.  Can't type quite as well as I could before the cast though.  Today I am going to try to sew!  :-)
